There's nothing wrong with that. We all feel that way from time to time, and while we encourage you to talk with other members of the community, or to reach out to the pastor if you're in distress, sometimes you need something more.

So, that's what we've compiled here.

Below you'll find our always-growing list of mental health support and emergency resources for our various community hubs around the world. We're always collecting more resources, so if you have something you can share please let us know! And if you're struggling, and just need someone to talk to, please know that we're all here for you, and you can get in touch with at least one member of the community any time on our Discord server below.
